14. VIP Loyalty Card – Terms of Use
The MedBad Therapy VIP Loyalty Card is a digital product that provides exclusive benefits and discounts within our store. By purchasing this product, you agree to the following terms:
- Digital Product: This VIP card is delivered digitally via email. No physical item will be shipped.
- No Monetary Value: The VIP card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money.
- Store Use Only: All discounts and benefits apply strictly to products sold on our official store.
Discount Structure:
- 1 Card = 10% Discount
- 2 Cards = 20% Discount
- 3 Cards = 30% Discount
- 4 Cards = 40% Discount
- 5 Cards = 60% Discount (Premium VIP Status)
- Maximum Limit: Each customer may hold a maximum of 5 VIP cards.
- VIP Maintenance Requirement: To maintain VIP status, customers must spend a minimum of $500 within 60 days of purchase. The countdown begins immediately after the VIP card is purchased.
- Expiration: If the minimum spending requirement is not met within the 60-day period, VIP benefits may be revoked without notice.
- Stacking Benefits: Owning multiple cards increases discount levels but does not extend or reset the qualification period.
